Where to find a project
Sign in to the client portal and open Projects. Only projects assigned to your client account and marked customer-visible are listed. A delegated contact needs the Projects permission.
Review the details
- Open the project and confirm its name, current status, and target date.
- Read the scope to understand what is being delivered.
- Review progress and each visible milestone. A completed milestone has an explicit completion date.
- Check visible tasks and conversation updates for work requiring your response.
- Use the reply box to send project-specific information to the delivery team.
Status and privacy
Planning, approved, in progress, waiting customer, testing, completed, on hold, and cancelled are project lifecycle states. Progress is a staff-recorded estimate, not proof that every acceptance test passed. Internal staff notes and tasks never appear in the client view. Replies are disabled after completion or cancellation.
When something looks wrong
If a target date or scope differs from the approved proposal, ask the project team in the conversation or open a support ticket. Do not post credentials or private keys in either channel.
Confirm the active workspace, required permission, registered asset, and freshness of the data being used.
