East4Serv handles infrastructure design, server and cloud migrations, high-availability deployment, application operations, performance remediation, and security hardening through agreed project scopes. A project is separate from an ongoing support or monitoring subscription.

How delivery works

  1. Describe the current environment and the outcome you need.
  2. Review dependencies, access, risks, acceptance criteria, and the commercial proposal.
  3. Approve milestones and a delivery owner.
  4. Track visible progress, customer tasks, and updates in the client portal.
  5. Review validation evidence and handover before completion.
