Enrollment
In the website account security screen, add the manual setup key to a TOTP authenticator, confirm a six-digit code, then store the one-time recovery codes offline. The secret is shown only during setup.
Sign-in
After password verification, enter the current authenticator code. A recovery code can be used once if the device is unavailable.
Lost access
Contact an authorized administrator through an established support channel. Never send your password or recovery codes in a ticket or email.
