Your phone number is contact information; we do not use SMS verification.
Authorized East4Serv staff can access the information needed for their work. Infrastructure and support records are limited to the customer account they belong to. We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, or infrastructure fulfillment; their access is limited to the relevant service.
We keep records for as long as needed to operate services, meet accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact East4Serv. Deleting an account may be limited by active services or required financial records.
This notice can change as the platform develops. The current version is published here; material changes will be communicated through the service when appropriate.
