About East4Serv

East4Serv builds infrastructure software and supports teams operating Linux servers, websites and services. Learn about our approach.

Built for the people on call

East4Serv develops E4S Infrastructure Control for teams responsible for Linux servers, websites, services, and the actions required when a check changes state. The product brings monitoring evidence, notification preferences, reports, and authorized operations into a workspace-aware application.

How we describe the product

Every screen and guide should say what was measured, when it was measured, and which assets it covers. A missing sample remains missing; a suppressed duplicate alert does not mean an incident ended. This discipline helps operators explain a decision to colleagues and customers.

Start with your environment

Tell us which assets you operate, who needs access, and which notification channels are configured. We can then map the deployed capabilities and current commercial plan to your workflow without promising unverified coverage. Contact East4Serv or read the getting started guide.

East4Serv since 2007

East4Serv’s public company history traces its Linux and dedicated-server work to 2007, followed by cloud architecture and DevOps. Read the company story.

Infrastructure work with context

East4Serv's published history begins with Linux and dedicated-server administration in 2007. The tools and deployment models have changed, but the practical questions remain: who owns the system, what evidence describes its current state, what change is needed and how will the result be verified?

How customers work with East4Serv

A service request can begin with a focused technical consultation, a scoped infrastructure project or an ongoing management plan. We ask for the existing architecture and operating constraints before recommending capacity or promising a result. Monitoring supplies observations; a project defines delivery and handover; a managed service defines continuing responsibilities. This makes it easier for a customer to choose the right relationship instead of buying a feature name.
