Collaboration on infrastructure you can operate
East4Serv’s existing private-cloud service describes Nextcloud deployment and ongoing operations. A useful design starts with user access, storage, backups, update responsibility, and recovery expectations; the deployment location and data-handling commitments must be agreed for each customer.
Operational scope
The team can assess architecture, deploy the supporting Linux and web stack, configure the application, connect monitoring, and plan maintenance. Availability and security claims depend on the design actually delivered and tested.

Workspace features and operating choices
The current East4Serv Nextcloud catalog covers file synchronization, collaboration, calendar and contacts, Talk, tasks, and Deck boards. It distinguishes a one-time setup from a managed service on East4Serv-supplied or customer-owned infrastructure. The infrastructure design should account for storage growth, permissions, backups, SMTP and reverse-proxy configuration, Redis caching, database maintenance, and an update window. Before ordering, confirm which applications are enabled, the hosting location, support scope, and who owns backup verification and recovery.
A collaboration workspace with accountable storage
Nextcloud can provide file sync and sharing, calendars, contacts and selected collaboration applications, but a sustainable private cloud also needs storage planning, account policy, backups, updates and support ownership. Before choosing a deployment model, decide where the data will live, who administers users and how a file or full service will be restored.
What East4Serv can scope
- Linux, web server, PHP, database and Redis components needed for the approved application design.
- Domain, TLS, SMTP and reverse-proxy configuration.
- Storage growth, file access policy, monitoring, update windows and backup verification.
- Migration from existing shared drives or a current Nextcloud installation where source access permits it.
The current catalog distinguishes setup, customer-supplied infrastructure and an all-inclusive management arrangement. Read the plan details below and confirm which applications, capacity and response terms are included in the written proposal.
Does a hosted workspace replace your backup policy? No. Recovery points, retention and restore testing should be named explicitly. Discuss a private-cloud assessment.
