East4Serv’s public catalog offers monitoring separately from managed server operations. Monitoring observes authorized infrastructure and routes configured alerts; it does not by itself authorize the team to patch, restart, or repair a customer system.
Coverage to agree
Specify the registered servers, websites, services, notification channels, escalation contacts, retention, and report access. Customers can review available E4S Monitor capabilities in the platform overview. The deployed Security Center scanner is not part of the current production Monitor.
