Share useful technical knowledge while protecting people, systems and customer data.
- Respect people. No harassment, threats, discrimination or personal attacks. Debate methods and evidence, not identities.
- Keep posts useful. No spam, affiliate flooding, deceptive promotions or repeated low-value posts.
- Protect secrets. Never post passwords, recovery codes, API keys, private IPs, ticket contents or customer data. Redact logs before sharing.
- Do no harm. No phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access requests or instructions aimed at harming systems or people.
- Stay lawful. Only discuss work you are authorized to perform. Respect intellectual property and privacy.
- Report problems. Use the report action on a post. Moderators may hide content, lock topics or restrict participation. Contact support to appeal a moderation decision.
- Your content. You retain responsibility for what you post; public discussions may be indexed. Use private support for account-specific matters.
