Your account and support in one place
The standalone E4S client portal provides account access, support conversations, billing records, and the monitoring assets explicitly linked to your account. It does not read the Monitor database directly.
Protected by ownership
Asset links, tickets and invoices are scoped server-side to the signed-in client. If Monitor connectivity is unavailable, the portal shows that limitation instead of inventing status data.
