Service discovery depends on an authorized agent and the templates or policies configured for the host. It is useful for finding known services, but cannot prove that every workload on a server has been assessed.
Review the check
Compare the service result with the owning server, agent freshness and the template applied. When discovery is unavailable, make that limitation visible and investigate capability or permission before interpreting an empty list as success.
