Operational reports are most useful when a reader can tell which workspace, assets and time range they cover. A PDF or CSV export should preserve that scope and make failed or missing checks visible.

Confirm the intended recipient is allowed to see every included asset. Check freshness and failed checks before drawing a conclusion from severity or uptime summaries. A historical report should not be mistaken for a live health assessment.
